My brother did both tracks of that program a few years back and it changed his life. I tried to get into it myself, but was too young at the time. I went anyway, even though I was not officially in the program. I thoroughly recommend both the FITN and all of the OneThing internships. I don't know how it has changed since I was there, but it used to be mostly prayer-room time. They had classes on prophecy and the end-times and such during the after-noon and evening, and then from midnight until 6am you're in the prayer room. It's a lot easier to do something like that when there are fifty other people your age doing it with you.
